Meet Baloo

Baloo came into the Wake County Animal Center as a stray after being hit by a car. Due to the impact, he sustained several broken bones, specifically both his back legs were broken. Baloo's amazing personality made everyone fight for him and the shelter reached out to us for help. Baloo had some initial healing to do before he could safely have surgery so he went to an amazing foster home.

Due to his injuries we set him up with physical therapy through The Dabba Life (https://www.facebook.com/thedabbalife) and he has been attending regular physical therapy sessions with them. Once Baloo got his strength up we scheduled him for his FHO surgery. We are happy to report that Baloo has been doing great in his recovery and will hopefully be ready for adoption soon.
